Lawrence Daley AIA, LEED AP Project Architect
Lawrence Daley joined Kidder Wachter Architecture and Design in 2005. As a project architect with the firm Mr. Daley oversees the management and construction administration of projects ranging in scope from private residences to commercial and institutional structures. He has considerable experience facilitating compliance with building codes and zoning, cost estimating, specification writing, and the production of construction documents.
Mr. Daley has over twenty-seven years of professional experience. Prior to joining Kidder Wachter he served as a project manager for Roth Marz Partnership and has sixteen years of work experience with the Erie School District. Mr. Daley was involved in the renovations of many local schools, including Edison Elementary and Perry Elementary, and participated in the design and construction of several new educational facilities, such as East High School.
Mr. Daley is licensed to practice architecture in Colorado, New York, and Pennsylvania. He sits on the steering committee with the Northwest Pennsylvania Green Building Alliance, is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Daley earned a Bachelor of Science in Man – Environmental Relations and a Minor in Urban and Regional Planning from The Pennsylvania State University in 1980. He is an active member of the Erie community, serving as a Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
