Construction is well underway on the four gateway towers at Perry Square. The towers, part of a $1.9 million renovation project, will be completed in the spring. See the proposed renderings here.

Kidder Wachter Architecture & Design assisted in the design and coordination of the Christmas tree being assembled over the Boston Store's marquee on State Street. The tree will be illuminated on Friday as part of the Downtown Lights festival on Friday. 

Preservation Pennsylania "At Risk 2007 - Roosevelt Middle School"

Erie County's Roosevelt Middle School, opened in 1922, is being considered for use as a charter school for at-risk students as an alternative to demolition. Kidder Wachter is assisting in this process.

Pulakos' French Street Grand Opening

Pulakos Chocolates held a grand opening for their new store at 410 French Street, returning to the downtown after a 40 year absence.  Kidder Wachter Architecture & Design oversaw the renovation of the existing retail space into the new Pulakos showroom.
