Interior Designer / Project Manager

Mr. Wallace received his Bachelor of Fine Art degree from the University of Wisconsin and an Associates Degree in Interior Design from Art Institute of Pittsburgh.  A native of Erie, he has over 20 years of experience working in Interior Design. During his previous employment, Mr. Wallace worked with UPMC Hamot on the interiors of the new Women’s Hospital and with St. Vincent Health System on the interiors of their planned hospital expansion.

Ms. Jantzi, a native of Erie, received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University, at the Behrend College in Marketing and Management.  She has over 10 years of experience in marketing, software information technology, and administration. She previously worked as a computer instructor at the Manufacturers' Association and as a Marketing Coordinator with Cavanaugh Marketing Network.

Construction is under way on a $1.9 million face-lift to Perry Square, a three-phase project developed by Kidder Wachter Architecture & Design, which includes the installation of a new circular walkway, new traffic signals, and a "seat wall" with lighting. The idea behind the project is to make the park more user-friendly and open up more green space for people.
